Technique: braided strips of fabric, woven directly onto the stretcher.
Artwork 2: Material: second hand cotton fabric and nylon.
Technique: braided strips of fabric, woven directly onto the stretcher.
Artwork 3: Material: satin
Technique: braided strips of fabric, woven directly onto the stretcher.

Plain weaves, twill weaves, and satin weaves are the 3 basic types of weaving.
These I have braided of fabric.
Normally the weaving don´t appear for you eyes, because the weaving is small and the threads are thin and the weaving is like a "microcosmos", but I have made a close-up and weaved/braided the three basic weavings of fabric stribes.
The plain weave of plain weaved fabric, the twill weave of twill weaved fabric and the satin weave of satin weaved fabric.
